Mark Daniel Stonemanimage:Mark Daniel Stoneman|Mark Daniel Stoneman was born in Sunniside in Gateshead in 1987. He is an English cricket player who has played many matches like first class and List A cricket matches for Durham cricket team.

This left handed batsman plays as an opening batsman and has played several matches for the England cricket team. For the England team, he played in 2007 at the Under 19 Cricket World Cup held in Sri Lanka.

Having attended Marley Hill County Primary School and Whickham Comprehensive School, Mark joined the Durham team way back in 2005. He played for the team for almost two seasons in the second eleven and made his first team debut by 2007. In his second match, he scored 50 against Hampshire team and made his highest score of 101 defeating Sussex in 2007. In 2008, he played in one List A match and is also a keen supporter of Newcastle United team.
