The Phoenix Suns are playing amazing right now. By beating the Portland Trail Blazers and the San Antonio Spurs, the Suns earned a trip to Los Angeles to play the Lakers for the Western conference title.
The Suns are getting great performances from many players each night. Grant Hill, Jared Dudley, and Jason Richardson, not necessarily star players, have been giving star performances all season, and by the time the West finals are over, you will know them well.
The Suns are getting their usual great play from Steve Nash, their amazing point guard who is showing no signs of decline even with his age in the mid thirties.
The Suns’ only weakness is their size. Only Amare Stoudemire has the strength to guard the likes of the Lakers’ Pau Gasol and Andrew Bynum.
The Lakers must utilize their size to take advantage of the Suns. With the size advantage, coupled with solid guards of their own, the Lakers will win the series in no less than 5 games.
It is hard to imagine Phoenix playing any better, and against the Lakers in the regular season, they did not play well.
