Michael Wuertz

Michael James Wuertz is a relief pitcher from the United States of America. In 1997, Wuertz made his way to the Chicago Cubs when he was picked in the 1997 MLB amateur draft in the 11th round. He played in the minor leagues till 2004, slowly making his way up the minor leagues.

His debut came up against the Cincinnati Reds and has since, had a 9.26 strikeout average per nine innings as well as a 7.72 per nine innings.
