Rob Scuderi is an American defenseman on the Pittsburgh Penguins.
Scuderi played for Boston College, where he attracted the attention of the Penguins, who drafted him in 1998. He skated with the Pens AHL affiliate after college, until being called up in 2003-04 to play 13 games. He scored only 4 points in 2005-06, but made a reputation as a solid defensive player.
He set career highs in games played (78), assists (10) and points (11) in 2006-07.
