Albin Ekdal commenced his professional career at Swedish side IF Brommapojkarna at the start of the 2007-2008 season and after impressing in the 20 games that he featured for the club, he was signed by the Italian giants Juventus in the summer of 2008.
Ekdal is considered as the biggest Swedish prospect since Kim Kallstrom.
