Dennis Aogo is a young German football player who currently features for the German Bundesliga club SV Hamburg. He is a versatile footballer who can play either as a defender or as a midfielder.

Dennis Aogo developed at the youth academy of German club SC Freiburg and made his debut for the club in the German Bundesliga in 2005 when he was only 17 years of age. His impressive performances soon earned him a regular place in the starting xi of Freiburg.

Hamburg signed Aogo in 2008.
