Nicklas Bendtner

Nicklas Bendtner is a Danish international footballer who currently features for the Premiership powerhouse Arsenal. He is a striker who has been very much impressive in the 2007-2008 season for the Gunners.

Nicklas Bendtner developed at the youth academy of the Danish club KB before moving to Arsenal. He made his first team debut for the Gunners in 2005 and was loaned out to Birmingham City for the 2006-2007 season and after 11 goals in 42 matches in all competitions was recalled to the Emirates.

Nicklas Bendtner signed a new five-year contract with Arsenal in May 2007 and featured comprehensively in the 2007-2008 season.

Nicklas Bendtner made his international debut for Denmark in August 2006 when he was just 18 years of age, making him the seventh youngest payer on the Danish senior national team ever. He made his debut against Poland.
