Nelson Rivas started his career at Deportivo Pasto in 2002 and then arched his way through Deportivo Cali, Deportes Tolima and River Plate before being signed by Inter Milan at the start of the 2007-2008 season and won the scudetto in his debut season with Inter Milan.
