Sérgio Cláudio dos Santos aka Serginho started his career in the Brazilian club Itaperuna in Brazil in 1992. He then moved on to play for several Brazilian clubs until he signed on to AC Milan in 1999.
He won the UEFA Champions League with Milan in 2003. In the final against Juventus he scored the first penalty in the shootout. He also played in the final of UEFA Champions league in 2005 against Liverpool FC.
Serginho has 10 caps with the Brazilian national team.
