Marco Donadel is an Italian footballer who currently features for the Italian side Fiorentina. He plays as a midfielder.

Marco Donadel is a product of the AC Milan youth system and made his debut for them in 2000. That was his first and last match for Milan as he was sent on loan to Lecce, Parma and Sampdoria for the rest of his Milan career. He was signed on loan by Fiorenina in January 2005 and in the summer of 2005 he was signed by the Florence club on a permanent basis.

Marco Donadel has since progressed to become a regular for Fiorentina and was also an important player for the Italian U-21 national side. He has yet to make his senior debut.
