Vincenzo Iaquinta is an Italian international footballer who currently plays for the Italian giants Juventus. He plays as a striker and won the 2006 Germany World Cup with Italy.
Vincenzo Iaquinta began his professional career in the lower divisions of Italian footballer but got his big break in 2000 when he was signed by Udinese. In seven seasons for them, Iaquinta developed into one of the most reliable goalscorers who could create chances for his teammates too. Iaquinta 58 goals in the 176 matches that he featured in for Udinese.
In the summer of 2007 the Old Lady of Turin, Juventus, came calling and signed Vincenzo Iaquinta for 11.3 million euros on a five-year contract. He has been pretty much regular for Juventus in the 2007-2008 season.
Vincenzo Iaquinta made his international debut for Italy only in 2005 and was a key member of the Italian squad that won the 2006 Germany World Cup.
