Glenn Turner was a right handed batsman and right arm offbreak bowler who played for the New Zealand Cricket team. Worcestershire, Otago and Northern Districts are some of the other teams for which he has played.

Turner debuted in Test cricket on 27th February 1969 at Auckland against the West Indies. In the 1st innings, he was caught by Sobers off the bowling of Hall for a duck. While fielding, he caught Nurse off the bowling of Pollard. In the 2nd innings, he scored 40 runs and was bowled by Edwards. He caught Fredericks off the bowling of Pollard. West Indies won this match by 5 wickets. Turner’s One day International debut took place on 11th February 1973 at Christchurch against Pakistan. In this match, he scored 10 runs in 42 deliveries and was caught by Majid Khan off the bowling of Sarfraz Nawaz.
