She represents Hypo Vereinsbank, Wilson Staff, Duca del Cosma, HBSN AG, Asahi Lite, Muenchner Golf Eschenried, Focus, Steelcad, Body & Soul, Puma, and Medi-Konzept.

In 2005, Martina finished 29th in the Money list. Unfortunately, she temporarily withdrew from the tournament after a good record of 2 top tens and another top 20 finishes when she suffered serious health problems. She played golf again the following year and earned 2nd place at the Ladies English Open held at Chart Hills and tied 8th in the Dubai Ladies Masters.
2007 was considered her most successful season. She received her biggest pay when she won two tournaments at the last quarter of the year. She earned her LET at the Madrid Ladies Masters and defeated Sophie Gustafson of Sweden.
