Elijah Otieno is a cricketer who has played for Kenya Under-19s, Kenya Select XI and Kenya. He is a right handed batsman and right arm medium fast bowler. He can bowl accurately and extract bounce from the pitch. He was noticed during the Logan Cup when he played for Kenya however he took just 1 wicket for 166 runs in three outings. There was a consensus that he was one of the best young prospects as he was able to beat the bat frequently.

Otieno made his first class debut during 26-29 April 2007 at Mutare in the match between Kenya Select XI and Easterns (Zimbabwe).
