Jeffrey Paul Fulchino was born on November 26, 1979 in Titusville, Florida. He is a relief pitcher for the Kansas City Royals.

Jeff was drafted by the Florida Marlins in the 8th round of the 2001 amateur draft, and signed a contract on June 6, 2001.

2003 - the Greensboro Bats in the South Atlantic League, then the Jupiter Hammerheads in the Florida State League

Major Leagues
Jeff made his major league debut on June 22, 2006 for the Florida Marlins. It was his only appearance in a major league game that year.

Jeff was released by the Marlins in 2008, and in February 2008, he signed a minor league contract with the Kansas City Royals.

On June 8, 2008, he was called up to replace the struggling Joel Peralta.
