Steven Vincent Taylor is an English football player who currently features for the English Premier League club Newcastle United. He plays as a right back or as a left back.
Steven Taylor started his professional club football at Newcastle United after progressing through the club’s youth academy. He had made his debut for the Magpies until 2004 and was load out to Wycombe Wanderers for the 2003-2004 season.
Taylor made his debut for Newcastle in March 2004 when he came on as a substitute in a UEFA Cup match against Real Mallorca. He made his debut in the English Premier League the same month against Bolton Wanderers. He has since developed to become a regular for Newcastle and has played more than 80 Premier League matches and is a first team regular first choice defender.
