He split time between Dallas and their AHL affiliates between 2000 and 2006, before being traded to the New York Islanders, where he finished the 2005-06 season. He was signed by Washington in the following offseason, and played 51 games in the 2007-08 season, finishing with 9 points and 96 penalty minutes.
