Miroslav Klose is a Polish-born German international football player who currently features for the German Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich. He plays as a striker and is considered as one of the most clinical goalscorers in the world.

Miroslav Klose commenced his professional club football career at FC Homburg in 1998 and played for them for one season. He then moved to Kaiserslautern and spending two season with the club's B team featured for the first team from 1999 to 2004, scoring 44 goals in 120 league matches.
In 2004 Klose was signed by Werder Bremen for 5 million euros.

Klose became a star and a much better player at Bremen, scoring 53 goals in 89 appearances. In 2007 German giants and European powerhouse Bayern Munich came calling and signed Klose on a four-year contract.

Miroslav Klose scored 20 goals in all competitions in his debut 2007-2008 season for Bayern Munich and won the Bundesliga and the German Cup.

Miroslav Klose made his international debut for Germany against Albania on March 24,2001 and scored on his debut too. He featured for the German national side at the 2006 World Cup finals and scored five goals with his head, leading his nation to the final of the competition.

Klose was again a hit for Germany in the 2006 World Cup finals when he scored five times again, this time helping his nation reach the semi-finals. Miroslav Klose played in Euro 2008 too.
