Damien Plessis first developed at the youth academy of French powerhouse Olympique Lyonnais and was signed by Liverpool(before he made any first team appearance for Lyon) in the summer of 2007 on a three-year contact.
Plessis made his first team debut for Liverpool in against Arsenal in the English Premier League against Arsenal in April 2008 and made one more league appearance that season.
