Emiliano Adrian Insua Zapata is a teenage Argentine football who currently features for the Premiership giants Liverpool. He plays as a striker.
Emiliano Insua graduated from Pinocho and moved to Boca Juniors in 2006. He however was unable to break into the first team at Boca and was sent on a 18 month loan to Premier League giants Liverpool in January 2007. He has since made a total of 5 league appearances and made his debut for the first team against Portsmouth in April 2007 in the English Premier League.
Emiliano Insua was signed on a three-year contract by Liverpool in July 2008. He has featured prominently for the Argentina U-20 and U-23 sides and won the FIFA U-20 World Cup with Argentina in 2007.
