Aaron Rodgers is the starting quarterback for the Green Bay Packers. After playing his college ball with California, he was selected by the Packers as the 24th overall pick in round one of the 2005 NFL Draft.

At California, he started for two seasons, completing 63.8-percent of his passes for 43 touchdowns and a rating of 150.27. Rodgers tossed 13 interceptions. Also, he rushed for eight scores.

In three years with Green Bay, he's played in seven games. During that time, Rodgers has thrown 59 passes and completed 35. He's thrown one touchdown and one pick. In three seasons, he's passed for 329 yards and earned a rating of 73.3 while completing 59.3-percent of his passes.

Rodgers, who looks to be the future of the Packers and the heir to Brett Favre, possesses superb arm strength, offers refined mechanics and utilizes a quick release. His six-foot-two, 223-pound frame is athletic and strong. Along with being able to throw the long ball, he's got a fine touch when it comes to working the ball into tight spots and hitting the short and mid-range pass. As a pocket QB, he is poised, patient and able to take a hit. Rodgers, who is a fast study, has a fine work ethic. Additionally, he's cool under pressure.
