Carlo Cudicini is an Italian goalkeeper who currently features for the Premier League club. He is the son of the former AC Milan custodian Fabio Cudicini.
Carlo Cudicini developed at the AC Milan youth academy and made his debut for the senior side in 192. He played just 3 seasons for the Rossoneri and could make only two matches for Milan(and neither of them were in the Italian Serie A).
Cudicini moved to Prato in 1995 and then to Lazio in 1996 and then moved to Castel di Sangro. He played for them for three seasons and spent the 1999-2000 season on loan to Chelsea.
In the summer of 2000 Chelsea decided to sign the player on a permanent basis and has made over 150 appearances in all competitions for the London Blues. Cudicini was a huge favoutite among the Chelsea fans right from the start and was one of the top custodians in the Premiership for the first few years of this century.
However with the signing of Petr Cech in the summer of 2004 put flight to his first team regular days and Cudicini was now relegated to the bench. He has been making rare starts for the Blues since then but has declined to move onto another club.
