Cesar Sanchez Dominguez is a Spanish football player who currently features for the Spanish football club Real Zaragoza. He is a goalkeeper.
Cesar Sanchez commenced his footballing career at Real Valladolid in 1993 and in the summer of 200 after featuring in 206 league matches moved to the mighty Real Madrid.
Cesar Sanchez managed just 20 league matches for Real Madrid in his five years at the Bernabeu but did start five UEFA Champions League matches in the 2001-2002 season. He also started the final but was replaced by Iker Casillas due to injury.
Cesar Sanchez was signed by Real Zaragoza in the summer of 2005 and he is a now very much a first team regular for the side.
