James Wisniewski is an American defenseman on the Chicago Blackhawks.
Wisniewski was drafted by Chicago in 2002. He was one of the most talented offensive defenseman in the OHL at the time, and was called up to Chicago in 2005. He suffered a season ending injury in 2007, but played in 68 games in the 2007-08 season, scoring 7 goals and 26 points, along with 103 penalty minutes.
He played for Team USA at the 2008 World Championships.
