Max Tonetto is an Italian international footballer who currently plays for the Italian giants AS Roma. He is a naturally left-footed player and plays either as a left back or a left winger. He has one interntional cap to his name.

Max Tonetto started with little known club San Giovanni and after journeying through a plethora of clubs such as Reggiana, Fano, Ravenna, Empoli and even AC Milan, he settled at Lecce when he signed for them in the summer of 2002.

Max Tonetto played for Lecce until 2004 when he was signed by Sampdoria and played for them until the summer of 2006 when AS Roma picked him.

Tonetto earned his fisr international cap for Italy against the Faroe Islands in a Euro 2008 qualifier on June 2007, becoming the oldest ever Italian player to be capped on his debut at the age of 32.
