Italian giants Juventus have already started to build for next season by signing a few players so far this summer but they are just gearing themselves for the big names. And one of those big names is the Bayern Munich star Bastian Schweinsteiger. The 23-year old German international left sided midfielder, currently on duty at Euro 2008, had a modest season with Bayern Munich in the 2007-2008 season but is having a fantastic Euro with Germany.

His age also is a factor for the Old Lady to come down hunting for the player. So much so that Juve are ready to spend a huge amount of cash for the player and also shed their midfielder Tiago Mendes to Bayern as part of the transfer.

Bastian Schweinsteiger also has attracted considerable interests from Spanish and English clubs.
