Maradona On His Future Son-In-Law

Tuesday, June 10 2008 -- Argentine legend Diego Armando Maradona might not be playing football anymore but he can certainly cast massive influence on the footballing arena. Especially when hsis future son-in-law is concerned.

You see, Atletico Madrid striker Sergio Aguero is Maradona's potential son-in-law as he is going out with his daughter Janina and the pair are reportedly set to tie the knot before long. Now that reigning Italian champions Inter Milan want the to sign El Kun,they are supposedly asking El Diego to make some influence.

Sergio Aguero is only 20 years of age but is rated as one of the best players in the world. Moreover, there are many who believe that in the years to come, El Kun shall be better than even FC Barcelona star Lionel Messi.

And that is precisely why Inter Milan want to sign the player. They recently lodged a bid for the player but their 25 million euros plus Dejan Stankovic was rejected by Atletico Madrid. It is now being fostered in the Italian press that Inter president Massimo Moratti has asked his close friend Diego Maradona to convince Aguero to swap the Calderon for the San Siro.

That Sergio Aguero shall leave Atletico sometime soon is very much understandable but it is unlikely that he shall do so this summer. Even if his future father-in-law wants him to.
