Sachin Tendulkar input on T20

On completing his twenty glorious years on the cricket field, the little master blaster batsman, Sachin Tendulkar has more views and inputs about the Twenty20 concept and its positive effect on the cricket sport and its players, not to forget the vast number of viewers.

As per his opinion, Twenty 20 has changed in its game techniques in the past two decades. Some of these changes are the advent of this matches, batting innovations and television assistance for umpiring decisions. But still, this kind of matches has been the biggest experiment so far.

The change so far as per Sachin Tendulkar

From 1989, cricket sport has changed a lot from the introducing of the third umpire to the hot spot system and to the introduction of Twenty20 and many things. One vital thing is the innovative shots which were earlier used occasionally were left being only played by the batsmen at present. Moreover, now the players are at higher risk. Because of this, the total in the one day players have increased enormously. And to play this kind of game, 275 on a good pitch too is not a good source.

The same is the case with test matches. There are more results as compared to the past results. Earlier, people got bored of test cricket as there were few results, and now, the scenario is totally different. At present, there is more result and more entertainment.

Changing factor for Sachin

This 36 year old champion batsman has also changed a lot since Twenty20 conception. As the games progressed, Sachin took it as a fresh challenge. And so, it is a tedious job to be on one’s toes every time.
