Zlatan Ibrahimovic operated
Inter striker and Swedish national Zlatan Ibrahimovic underwent surgery today as he was treated for his thigh problem in Rotterdam this morning. The operation at the Erasmus Medical Center was successful and according to plan. It was conducted by Doctor Van Eijck and Doctor Kazimir and was supervised by Inter's medical director, professor Franco Combi. How many matches Ibrahimovic will miss remains to be known. Sweden plays against Denmark on June 2 and is in great need of their most prominent striker.
