Saturday, June 20, 2009 -- Real Madrid bound Cristiano Ronaldo has agreed personal terms with his new club and shall make his scheduled switch from Manchester United to Madrid before June 30, according to reports.
British tabloid The Daily Mail reports that Ronaldo and Real Madrid have eventually come to an agreement over the division of the player's image rights. Madrid wanted it to be 50-50 but Ronaldo's agent Jorge Mendes wanted a 60-40 division of the rights.
It's now been reported that a conclusion has been reached, although the exact terms and conditions are yet to be declared.

Just a matter of time. Now that ManUtd have agreed, there was no question that Madrid would agree to whatever he asks for. No point coming to this point and then turning back for a few million dollars.

Ronaldo is here to stay. There could be no step higher for him now. He is at the biggest club in the world and anything after Madrid is a step down.
