Saturday, April 25, 2009 -- Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand has said that he will never leave Old Trafford and that he shall stay a Red Devil for the rest of his playing career.
The England international defender recently said that he would like to become the Paolo Maldini of Manchester United and keep on playing for the club for the rest of his life.
Ferdinand has once again reiterated his desire to do the same and told The Daily Mail:
"The idea of playing in Italy is nice but I've got a young family and I wouldn't want to uproot them and move there. Moving out of London to Manchester was hard enough!"
"It's my dream for my sons to become footballers. I try not to push them too hard but I've got Lorenz training every day in the morning and afternoons!"
