Sunday, April 27 2008 -- Sevilla FC could only draw their La Liga match away at Real Murcia 0-0 and coach Manolo Jiménez was quick to single out fatigue as the main reason for the Andalucians' failure to win against a side that is second from bottom and is already one foot into the Segunda Division.
Jimenez underlines the lack of physical fitness as the primary cause why the Sevilla players failed to exhibit any spark or enthusiasm against Javier Clemente's side on Sunday. Jimenez said:
"At this point in the season we seem to be playing with heart more than anything else, the legs have gone am not content and neither are the players.
We have not played a good match because victory was our aim. We added a point but for our aspirations it is not sufficient."
The draw leaves Sevilla 2 points behind Atletico Madrid who occupy the fourth and final UEFA Champions League place in the table. Atletico play Getafe on Sunday.
