Today, it’s the Sedin-brothers that are the most co-dependent attack-duo in the NHL.

There’s no news that Henrik and Daniel Sedin work well together. But new stats reveal how dependent the goalscorer Daniel is on his playmaking brother Henrik. Last season Daniel scored 29 goals. On no less than 18 (or 62.1 %) occasions was his twin brother behind the assist.

2. Jonathan Cheecho, San Jose, 23 goals/Joe Thornton, 11 assist = 47.8%

We can expect the same numbers this season. The twins have started out in a brilliant style and Daniel was awarded NHL player of the week last week.
