Monday, August 11 2008 -- Portuguese international midfielder Tiago Mendes appears to be on his way to Turkish giants Fenerbache. The Juventus midfielder is no longer wanted at Turin, according to latest reports.
Tiago was signed from French giants Olympique Lyon at the end of last season for 13 million euros but he could make only 20 appearances for Juventus last season and with the arrival of new medios this summer, the former Chelsea player is set to move off board the Old Lady of Turin.
Fenerbache look set to sign the player after they have supposedly made a concrete offer for Tiago. Although Atletico Madrid and a few other clubs do have asked for the player, they have had not presented anything concrete.
